Since the 1980s, Troostwijk has followed its clients beyond the Dutch border. Our own international network ArcaLaudis plays a significant role in this. This network consists of Troostwijk’s participation and exclusive collaborations in economically important areas of the world.

Performing an international assignment demands customization. Sometimes, the business is arranged in such a way that it is economically and professionally responsible to ask a permanent team to value all locations. In other cases, local knowledge is a deciding factor and the partner at ArcaLaudis will conduct the valuation.
If the valuation demands a combination of local knowledge as well as specific knowledge of the client, then collaboration for the assignment will be sought through ArcaLaudis.
In all cases, coordination is the focus. This saves the client time-consuming communication. However, it is just as important that the reports be clear, despite the many international methods and value concepts. In this way, we guarantee that your question is answered in the correct way.
Since May 2017, Troostwijk is part of the Spanish Tinsa Group. Tinsa is one of the largest valuation agencies worldwide and the market leader in Spain and Latin America in the field of commercial valuations and real estate advice. The valuations are conducted for various business-economic purposes, including financing. Tinsa also provides “benchmark” valuations, energy consulting services (incl. energy certificates), and support for technical due diligence. The real estate activities are provided by Taxo, that specializes in the valuations of plant & machinery as well as art, antiques, and valuables.
Tinsa Group is RICS certified since 2011. In December 2016, Tinsa became the first Spanish business member of the European AVM Alliance, a group of European businesses that supports automated valuation processes under the highest quality and reliability standards.
Tinsa is active in more than 25 countries and has locations in Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, The Netherlands, Mexico, and Peru.

Besides direct sponsoring, Troostwijk likes to sponsor (indirectly) companies who are culturally or socially involved in the society. The form of sponsoring involves valuations for insurance purposes of machinery and equipment and buildings. The Ronald McDonald Child Fund and Artis Amsterdam are two of the institutions that Troostwijk offers this type of sponsoring.
